T.G.I.F.!!!

I won Smashbox Burlesque Makeup Kit worth RM199, thanks to ParisB at My Women Stuff.  Since I seldom wear makeup these days, I just played/swatched them on the back of my hand.  (Reason of minimizing makeup is:  I need to reduce the sudden increase of zits popping out along my jaw line.  I am clueless because I didn't change my facial routine.)  My winning entry?  I have to thank my boys for this.  I think I have whole weekend to play with the colors!  :D

• Period Panties??? wth???  - OK.  This angmoh writer maybe know someone who re-wears (got such word ar???) the yesterday panty.  Not gross you say???  Yikes!  Very, very yikes!  It doesn't matter if you have/have not period, it is just totally unhygienic!!!

• I went for a studio shoot yesterday and realized how (un)attractively uneven my brows were! - I thought of sharing my photo here but then again, I think, no.  But really, I swear that on a day I am not require to do a shoot my brows behave very well that it looks so effortlessly symmetrical.  Why are they so cruel!?

Grrr!!!  Work, work, work is chasing me now.  But I must share with you these info:

• 49th & 50th IATSS Forum - Apply to the IATSS Forum (International Association of Traffic & Safety Sciences, an ASEAN young professional leadership forum started by Soichiro Honda, the founder of Honda.  I saw it in the NST Saturday edition - I seldom read NST but The Star was sold out when I went to the store & I just picked it to see updates on Japan's tsunami.
• Popular Book Fair - Nationwide - Perfect for budget-tight book-lover a.k.a ME!!!  By the way, I checked MPH and they have this 50% bin where all the not-so-perfect-but-still-can-read books go to.  I was not in the mood to look for one because the mall was very crowded with holidaying kids!  It made me so dizzy.

I am supposed to be in the bed now to replace my sleep-depriving Sunday night.  Too bad!

Yay to Monday!!!

Loving Monday

I was down with stomachache yesterday.  Hence, I had to spend my Monday recuperating at home.  I joked with friends that I was more than willing to get sick every Monday.  I mean, it is better than going through a Monday blues anyway.

Talking about the sickness.  It could be the wantan mee or the ABC that I took last Sunday night.  I have to bar these two stalls unless I really want to get another toilet-attack.

And I am lying about recuperating.  I snoozed for about half an hour before lunch (that was right after I took the medicines – which are to be taken before meal).  That is all.  Afterwards, I cleaned the house.  Do my laundry.  Transfer aloe vera, chilli and watermelons plants from pots to the ground.  Cut the grass using the trimmer.  Until I was attacked by the mosquitoes!  So I had to cancel my plan on washing my car because the itchiness really made me very uncomfortable that I need a shower a.s.a.p.!

I am eager to see how the plants today, especially the chillies since there are so many of it; I think at least 10 tiny trees.

• The assignment is still far from "C O M P L E T E D".  Argh!!!
• I've been put 'on hold' by those peeps since Thursday.  Should I be barking now or roaring madly like a toothless tigress?  meow...
• Makes me wonder...  what if I have to skip the Wednesday-and-Thursday thing?  I so want to be able to follow it.
• Headache...
• And the trip...  Accommodation for us girls.
• Urrghhhhhh!!!  Suddenly this one girl popped up into my mind.  Please, please reply my email asap!!!
• OOOhhh!!!  I kind of stolen a thing from someone.  I borrowed a pen from the frontdesk girl because they require me to fill in the visitor form; and I was too lazy to walk to my car - it's parked not far from the building but (sorry, Mr. Sun) I just hate the scorching sunlight grazing my unprotected skin.  Then I absent-mindfully bring it back to office.  I am sorry, Ms. Frontdesk!
• 10 more minutes!!!  Yippieyippieyaya!!!
• The big boss is still online.  Still.  Meaning:  Still in the office.

Drifting away

1. It is only 4:36pm.  Still one hour to go & I will be out of here!!!
2. Today, I am playing with colors - so true when people say that colors can affect one's mood.
3. Should I go there tonight?  Or Wednesday?  I hate the crowds.
4. Ooh!  Must remember to send the parcel to mummy.  And, that means I will have to call her & notify her about it.
