Stupid idea @work

Ditto. The white headlights (or in the more appropriate term, High Intensity Discharge Headlamps) is more annoying to me than TV monitors. For someone with really bad eyesight like me, the HID can causes temporary blindness.

I still see cars with HID; I am not sure whether it is legal one or not. I wonder, with these lawbreakers still driving freely, are the responsible department(s) still looking into it? Or, they finally gave up because it is so boring checking the same thing over and over again after many years of failure to make it clean.

Checking TV monitors is more fun eh?

Etiqa Takaful: Very Bad Service!!!

I will kick your a$$ & ball$!!! (image from weheartit)
Why is it very almost-mission-impossible to get my money back from car insurance, in my case now, it's Etika Takaful.  I can summarized this company as:
My experience with Etika Takaful:  "Inefficient, poor and slow response to customer's inquiries.  Definitely would not purchase anything from Etika Takaful, ever, again!!!"
Here's my case:
Dec 18, 2010 - Saturday
Renew road tax & car insurance at the post office in the morning.  I have to pay for 0% NCD (I am entitled for 25% NCD) because the counter said my previous insurance company has not updating my data, yet!  Yet!!!  Alright, not the post office fault.  Called the customer hotline around 12noon who said no record of me purchasing their car insurance in their (superbly slow, lousy) database, yet!  Asked me to send the policy certificate via email instead.

Dec 22, 2010 - Wednesday
Sent the 1st refund request.  I attached the required document too.

Dec 28, 2010 - Tuesday
I bet their customer service member(s) were busy holidaying - Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day...  Took almost one week just to tell me they are gathering data & will come back to me soon.  Now the word "soon" is very subjective as I (as a customer) would define it soon as in one week time.  They, the lazy fat a$$holes in Etika Takaful might interpret it as...  whenever I like!  Fcuk you!!!

Jan 4, 2011 - Tuesday
Sent my 2nd email.  No reply from them, yet!  Hello Etika Takaful, are you sleeping?

Jan 20, 2011 - Thursday
3rd email.  Very tulan liao!!!  Like, if you really need a month to process my request, please inform so in the first reply.  I just need to know your timeline for finishing this job, FCUK YOU!!!

I mean the money that I want them to refund maybe just mean a peanut to them.  Habis tu, da tau peanut buat apa nak simpan???  Bagi balik sama itu pelanggan laa, FCUK YOU!!!  If it's really just a peanut, return it to me, I am the rightful owner of the money, peanut or not peanut!!!

Your father does not own the road!

Courtesy of Clker.com
I just do not understand why some people refuse to follow the traffic rules. For example, vehicles coming from the main road near my housing area are only allowed to make a right-turn but not a U-turn. It is very dangerous when one car exits from the housing area and the other inconsiderate idiot makes a U-turn. I saw this many times and finally it happened to me!

The lady nearly hit my car BECAUSE she does not follow the rule! FCUK YOU! Got time to put on nice clothing and everything but rushing to your destination and endangering other road users!!! I screamed inside. You might as well just drive out naked if you think you will be scrambling to get there and put on your cover only when you reach there! FCUK YOU! I was half wishing that someday she will get herself and her loved ones into a near-fatal with permanent disabilities accident but half wishing that she just obey the rules like anyone else.

I believe those drivers are:
  • Illiterate. Unable to read (the road signage) and write.
  • Lesen kopi’O drivers.  The term Lesen Kopi-O refers to when you can't or don't want to earn a drivers license by learning the traffic rules and passing a driving test - so you buy one illegally. To make it seem less like a bribe, you offer coffee money (Kopi-O is black coffee) in exchange for a license. Hence - Lesen Kopi-O. A Lesen Kopi-O driver is somebody who drives or parks so badly, that it makes you wonder if they studied the traffic rules and passed a test at all.  (Source)
  • Having selective vision. Meaning: They only follow the rules when the sign is obvious, i.e. a police car is right behind them.
  • Coming from a different planet where they only have 5 hours in a day. Which explain why they are flouting the law because they are rushing, you see? We, human, in the earth are soaking with luxurious 24 hours a day.
If one thing that I want Malaysia to change, I wish for educated, considerate, and law-abiding road users. Cheers!

Super Sunday

  • Super-charged:  Cannot sleep because I took a long afternoon nap (~2 hours).  Not a pleasant rest as I woke up feeling dizzy and as if my brain is going to burst!
  • Super-irritated:  Found LouLou theCat was sleeping at the end of the bed, not a pleasant one too because he haven't take I haven't take him for his weekly shower.
  • Super-picky eater:  Am planning for an early morning breakfast at the town but I'm getting bored with the food menu offered there.  Will eat sandwich at home instead.
  • Super-lazy:  Car is not wash for almost a month, I think so.  LouLou's paw prints is visible.  So is the birdie's poo and some little branches and leaves.  Reason for not cleaning the car:  The unpredictable wet weather.  (Valid when it is a monsoon season.)
  • Super-hungry:  Had cheesy ham sandwiches with tea for supper.  Still, my tummy growling for more food.  I cannot go to bed with hungry stomach!  Tata!  I'm going to cook boiled egg for another round of supper!

Miss Dreamy Little Misadventure

Hit the cold button instead of the red hot one when making my regular kick-ass kopi'O.  Only realized it when I wondered why there was no "Hello! Miss Sprinkled!" greetings from the usual Mr. MoogieMoog.  (Mr. MoogieMoog is my loyally fierce purple thermomug.  He farts coffee bean as a way to greet me.)

Drove exceeding the speed limit when I went to pick my parcel.  Was excited with the stuff that I received; but feels like I'd been splashed with a bucket of cold, stinking water whenever I remember that I might get a ticket from Mr. I-am-from-one-of-the-useless-government-servants.  Argh!!!

Eyes are dancing.  No, the numbers are dancing.  No, both eyes and numbers are dancing along.  Too many data to key in.  Sigh...

Female driver = bad driver (part 2)

Again, I would like to reiterate that I have nothing against female drivers (please see Part 1 here).  But those impotent drivers are really making my BP gone up!  And I have the tendency to erect my middle finger while the blood is boiling.

Oh!
This female driver was talking at the phone while driving.  That didn't pissed me off.
This female driver who was talking at the phone while driving was moving slowly at the fast lane.  That.  I.  Tell.  You.  Made.  Me.  Mad.  Very.  Very.  Mad.
Why would you want to go into the fast lane knowing that you'll have to drive slower because you are not Dr. Octopus.  Or spider.  I would have squish her to DEATH if she is a spider.
One hand holding the phone; another to maneuver the vehicle.  Malaysia Boleh!

Dan soalan cepu tembaga untuk hari ini:
Why do you want to jeopardize you life and other road users with your brainless (oh sweetie pie, is that an under-developed brain I saw hanging out from your bonnet?  I'll be glad to replace it with something less complicated for you - an AA battery - what say you?)  act?  If you are so excited to be in the road fatalities statistic, please do not involve us (the involuntary parties).  Pi main jauh-jauh!  Shoo!  Shoo!
See what the paper say today?
More women getting nastier behind the wheel
Oh dear...  When can I have a peaceful drives on the roads?

Stepping on my pussy tail

A neighbor's guest (let us called them the Idiots) blocked the entrance to my house much to my irritation.  Someone with a sensible judgment would not do such thing when they can clearly see Shorty sitting in the car porch which means that the house is not vacant!  Oh!  Perhaps the Idiots thought that I only ride a motorbike, therefore I should have no problem getting into the house.  So wrong, so wrong!!!

Being quite easily ticked by people with low mentality, high stupidity and extreme ignorance, I did something I think I would not do: park my car next to the Idiots' and deliberately left barely one-inch space!  The Idiots' car is bigger, more costly than mine so...  go figure, hahaha!  I regrets of not doing a grander damage not-artistic graffiti (i.e. I love to scribble on cars like yours, XOXO!).  If the Idiots are repeating it in the future, I think I will switch to my bitchiest mode.

Female driver = bad driver

Note:  I am not a sexist; I am a female driver too.
I was driving along this busy street and followed the car in front of me quite close (meaning: less than 3 meters away) when the aunty driver suddenly decided to stop at the roadside.  Guess what I did?
  1. Quickly put a signal so that I can drive away from her.
  2. Honk her because of making an abrupt stop without giving early signal to other road users.
  3. Show her an F-rated body language.
I have myself partly to be blamed for almost tailgating other but who does not do it here?!  If I keep a distance, the others are most likely to squeeze dangerously into the "available space".  I say dangerously because they do not have fingers to put the signal for you to watchout.  Weird thing is, more often than not, I do not see "Awas! Pemandu Cacat." on those cars.

Next time you think that you do not put signal, please make sure you have "Awas! Pemandu Cacat." sticker on your screen so that you won't receive F-finger from bad, female driver like me.
