I went back to the house despite knowing that I can only spend a maximum of 20 minutes with the boys within the one-hour lunch break.
20 minutes driving home
20 minutes talk to the F l u f f y shrinks
20 minutes drive back to office
Lately nothing sparks an interest to me at work. I tried. I looked. I observed. I stopped.
Nothing!
That is worrisome. I am so scared of getting bored with my job!
And I find it difficult to talk to the air-headed bunch.
So I drove home.
To my F l u f f y shrinks.
I left LouLou theCat outdoor with Shorty theDog when I left in the morning, he must have been glad that I was back during the lunchtime to let him in.
Shorty as the usual crazy self, half expecting me to take him for a stroll (seriously, under the scorching sun?!), and half wanting me to rub his belly.
F l u f f y Shorty got belly-rubbing, while I was waiting for the water to boil.
F l u f f y LouLou meowed me from the kitchen, asking if he can have a canned fish instead of the biscuit.
Now I got confused - who's the shrink? Because it looks like I am the one responding to their needs; like how a psychiatrist responds to / analyzes a patient.
Nonetheless, in between feeding LouLou, playing with Shorty and having a hot drink (as my lunch!), I found my sanity. At least I stopped thinking, worrying, analyzing about work.
My F l u f f y boys!
Too bad it was raining when I got home in the second-half time. Otherwise I will take Shorty strolling around the taman.
We are moving ;)
Please join me, Shorty & LouLou at our new 'home':

Smile!
This is one of my favorite picture of Shorty. It is quite difficult to capture him sitting so poise, like everything in him is so balanced and in equilibrium. This one was taken after we had our evening run in our tiny space. He was out of breath, and what can I say for the non-athletic me?! I quickly clicked on him before he moved towards and licking my hands. He looked so happy after making me ran crazily around the house with him, the little evil! It makes me forgot about whatever difficulties I faced that day.
What makes you smile today?

Tickle or Tick Off (3)
| "Don't get too close or I'll munch your phone too!" |
Shorty the super wet-nose rascal with his semi-ruined fluffy mate (a nameless Mashimaro).
He likes to shove it to me every time I get back from work & expectedly waits for me to chase him around; pretend trying to snatch the poor little dirty toy from his strong teeth.
When I am not playing with him, he just lies down & licks his playmate.
Ooh! That is how the Mashimaro got dirty – being hauled around, dropped & left at the grass when he is not playing, and the TLC licking, of course!
The mommy tried to wash it as frequent as possible for the sight of a “tanned” Mashimaro makes her cringe!

Thank you, my furkids!
Cheers to all loving and caring pet owners! According to MSN, my furkids can actually makes me healthier than a non-pet owner.
- Heart attack: feline lovers have lower risk of it, while survival rate for canine lovers are higher than others.
- Strokes: surprisingly, for me, LouLou theCat might lessen my chances of strokes!
- Prevent allergies: and because I’m exposed to them (God knows what Shorty and LouLou are doing out there everyday), I’m supposedly having better immune system than those who are not.
- Stress and anxiety: They are my super supporters during the moments.
- Blood pressure: Hmm… My healthy BP is indirectly contributed by these two little boys.
- Cholesterol: I don’t know about this one, I need to wait my medical report to know that it’s in a good level.
- Depression: Like No.4. Shorty and LouLou, mommy loves you both!
- Not a couch potato: Ditto. I play with Shorty after work. It keeps us sane.
- Diabetes: I doubt that. Shorty theDog is only interested in sniffing good food (and people’s crotches!!!).
Thank you, my furkids!

Hello Germany; Goodbye Argentine!
Ah! Despite claiming that I am not a football fan, I still somehow caught in the feverish World Cup season. So while I was not watching it live, I keep myself updated via FIFA.
While checking on the matches, I was surprised to see this on the website:
And I was like: even I know that Germany is rightfully to be in that table!!! But then again, maybe the person who is in-charge of the updates is a fan of Maradona's boys, or at least was hoping/guessing that their team would win tonight's match. Thankfully they rectified it so here it is:

Haha!!! I guess not many might noticed it but that's just me... Being agitated over someone's mistake on the matches updates eventhough I have to emphasize again, that, I am not much of a football fan. But it is fun to know what is going on there, the World Cup, I mean.
So, are we watching the next match? ;)

Shorty's Mama
My neighbor's son was playing with Shorty this morning. He is just one head taller than Shorty. Both look adorable: the boy with his kindy uniform and large school bag; and Shorty with his usual sunny self. I was watching them from the living room while having my morning coffee.
Just as I went out of the house, the boy told their maid: "Mama dia sudah keluar" and stood at their gate watching me. Hah! You'd hit the jackpot, young man. I am the mama. (: And the next door neighbor use Shorty to pacify his daughter whom was crying as he was about to leave home.
Shorty! Never short of admirers!
